To apply for the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme pass, or for travel vouchers, you need to complete an application form and post the form to Leicestershire County Council. The forms give details of the concessions available and the return address. If you are both of eligible age or over and disabled, it is best to apply via the disabled persons’ scheme.
